         Zahteva za pravno varstvo v postopkih javnega naročanja se lahko vloži v vseh stopnjah postopka oddaje javnega naročila zoper vsako ravnanje naročnika, razen če zakon, ki ureja oddajo javnih naročil, ali Zakon o pravnem varstvu v postopkih javnega naročanja ne določa drugače.

         Zahtevek za revizijo, ki se nanaša na vsebino objave, povabilo k oddaji ponudbe ali razpisno dokumentacijo, se, razen v primeru iz četrtega odstavka 25. člena Zakona o pravnem varstvu v postopkih javnega naročanja, vloži v osmih delovnih dneh od dneva:
