        Mešane kosovne odpadke predstavljajo odpadki iz gospodinjstev in odpadki iz gospodarstva. V zatečenem sistemu zbiranja in odvoza je zajetih cca 157 000 prebivalcev. V tem sklopu se pojavljajo še t. i. komunalni odpadki iz drobnega gospodarstva. Zatečene količine so sledeče:

        a) Kosovni odpadki iz gospodinjstev (20 03 07): cca 6 000 t,

        b) Kosovni odpadki iz gospodarstva (20 03 07): cca 1 000 t;

        Skupaj torej cca 7 000 t za razpisno obdobje od podpisa okvirnega sporazuma do dne 31.12.2018.
