        Predmet javnega naročila je postavitev sončne elektrarne MFE SS Veno Pilon 1 na objektu dijaškega doma in postavitev sončne elektrarne MFE SS Veno Pilon 2 na objektu šole – Cesta 5. Maja 12, SI-5270 Ajdovščina – po načelu „ključ v roke“, kar zajema:

        — dobava in montaža opreme, ki je predmet naročila,

        — izdelava PZI in pridobitev elektro soglasja na PZI (priprava vse dokumentacije, s katero naročnik pridobi potrebna dovoljenja za postavitev sončne elektrarne ter dovoljenja, po katerih se izvedejo dela),

        — statična presoja, v skladu s predpisi, ki urejajo graditev,

        — izvedba pripravljalnih del in vseh potrebnih gradbenih del za izvedbo predmeta naročila,

        — zagotavljanje požarne varnosti in izdelava požarnega načrta,

        — interni tehnični pregled pred primopredajo pogodbenih del in odpravo napak ugotovljenih na internem tehničnem pregledu,

        — preostala dela, ki so definirana z obsegom razpisne dokumentacije in gradbene pogodbe ter vsa ostala dela, ki so potrebna za dokončanje predmetnega naročila,

        — priprava projekta izvedenih del PID,

        — primopredaja pogodbenih del,

        — pomoč pri sklenitvi pogodbe za dostop do distribucijskega omrežja,

        — priklop sončne elektrarne na omrežje,

        — usposabljanje naročnika za upravljanje s sončno elektrarno,

        — pomoč pri pridobitvi deklaracije za proizvodno napravo iz obnovljivih virov,

        — pomoč pri pridobitvi odločbe o podpori in sklenitev pogodbe o subvencionirani prodaji električne energije,

        — nadzor in redno preventivno vzdrževanje naprav za obdobje 7 let,

        — servis naprave po potrebi naročnika za obdobje 7 let.
